I love building product development teams that help early-stage startups scale into category-defining companies. I have over a decade of experience leading product, design, and engineering teams at the intersection of data, consumer trust, and multi-sided marketplaces.

Lately, my work has centered on improving product velocity through AI transformation. I'm particularly interested in how AI-native workflows can dramatically compress the distance between idea and execution. AI has unlocked new levels of productivity and creativity, but teams still need to learn how to adopt these new tools and organize themselves for highest performance.

As VP of Product & Engineering at Pilotly, I am focused on developing next-generation research solutions used by major studios like Amazon and Netflix, while leveraging AI to accelerate product velocity. Previously, I led Product and Design at RepairPal (acquired by Yelp), where I built and scaled a ten-person team during the company's fastest period of revenue growth. Earlier in my career, I held leadership roles at several high-growth startups including Carlypso (acquired by Carvana), TrueCar, and NerdWallet, where I was employee #2.

In line with being a lifelong car enthusiast, my career began developing product strategy at Ford and Toyota. While at MIT pursuing my B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, I spent most of my time in the shop building racecars as part of the MIT Motorsports Formula SAE team.
